Terms of Use

By accessing or using Beat 65, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to online services where you live. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, a parent or legal guardian must do so for you.

Beat 65 lets users draft historical NWSL player-seasons, simulate seasons and playoffs, compare results, and participate in leaderboards and challenges. Game ratings, simulations, rankings, and outcomes are analytical or entertainment features. They are not official NWSL records, professional advice, or predictions of future performance.

Beat 65 is not a gambling service. Do not use game outputs as the basis for wagers, financial decisions, or other high-stakes activity.

Beat 65 may create an anonymous guest identity so you can play immediately. You can connect supported credentials to retain progress across devices. You are responsible for activity under your connected account and for keeping access to your email or Google account secure.

Do not impersonate another person, use a misleading or abusive display name, or access another user’s account without authorization.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, automate gameplay, manipulate results, evade game limits, or interfere with server-authoritative validation.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, API, accounts, or infrastructure.
• Use Beat 65 to distribute malware, unlawful material, harassment, hate, spam, or content that violates another person’s rights.
• Scrape or commercially reuse substantial portions of the service or its data except as allowed by law or written permission.
• Use the service in violation of applicable law.

You retain responsibility for display names and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content only as needed to operate and promote service features such as profiles, leaderboards, challenges, and shared results.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or create risk for users or the service.

Beat 65’s software, design, branding, game systems, and original content are owned by NWSL Notebook or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

References to the NWSL, clubs, players, competitions, statistics, and third-party marks are used for identification, commentary, and game functionality. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners. Beat 65 is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NWSL, its clubs, or its players unless expressly stated.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; correct data or scoring errors; reset invalid results; and update rules or content. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve legitimate connected-account records, but we do not guarantee that every feature or record will always remain available.

Beat 65 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, particular game outcomes, or that historical ratings and simulations are complete or perfectly accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NWSL Notebook and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use Beat 65. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using Beat 65 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or respond to abuse. You may request deletion of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
